Serving our customers across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Arkansas, Entergy was honored in 2023 and 2022 as well. This year, we ranked 64th overall and 8th among utilities.
This holiday season, Entergy brought smiles to customers with the return of “Operation Secret Santa.” At the Canal Street Customer Care Center, select customers were pleasantly surprised as Santa stepped in to cover their utility bills, thanks to The Power to Care, part of Entergy’s program dedicated to assisting low-income families and households.

Entergy Arkansas is partnering with the Hamburg School District to make sure students in need have food items to take home for the holidays. Two $1,000 grants have allowed the district to purchase enough food for its student pantry to sustain those who may face food insecurity at home during school breaks.

Entergy sponsored the 2nd Annual New Orleans Association of Black Journalists Jazz Brunch and Silent Auction, supporting the organization’s scholarship fund. The event honored two local veteran journalists and awarded two scholarships named in their honor: the Nancy Parker Memorial Scholarship awarded to TaShia Hogue, and the William “Bill” Rousselle Memorial Scholarship awarded to Kennedy Wells. These scholarships will assist the recipients in furthering their education.
